As a nine-year professional interpreter in English-Portuguese, I specialize in turning active listening into a bridge between people.

Technical skill
My degree in Cultural Production from UFF-RJ and Professional Translation from PUC-PR, coupled with nine years of hands-on experience in the field, allows me to bring to the table a solid foundation in both the theory and practice of interpreting.
This enables me to maintain clarity in communication even in the most complex and demanding contexts.

Ongoing training and years of hands-on experience as an English-Portuguese interpreter has enabled me to communicate in clear and natural English and Portuguese.
An interpreter must be able to move seamlessly between the two languages while maintaining rhythm, accuracy, and clarity, even — and especially — in highly complex settings.
Reliable team
I work with a trusted team of interpreters who share the same values that I uphold, and with whom I have shared booths successfully many times in the past. Interpreting teams must work well together, and a trustworthy team is one of the field’s most valuable assets.
Technical speech
One of the key factors that sets an interpreter apart from someone who is fluent in English is the ability to study and absorb technical vocabulary and translating it effectively in highly specialized contexts.
Reference and study material
Once I receive the initial details about the assignment during the hiring process, the preparation phase begins.
This includes creating glossaries, reviewing materials related to the topic at hand, and exchanging findings with the team. This collaboration is what enables effective communication during interpretation in any given assignment.
